Delete your account

You can delete your DriveXA account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes all the data linked to the account.

In the app

1. Open DriveXA and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap “Delete my account”, then confirm.

Without the app

Write to us from the email address of your account and ask for its deletion. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, sign-in methods and profile.
• Your trips: summaries, scores, routes, incidents and event logs.
• Raw data: sensor, GPS and OBD-II readings, and their files.
• Auto-tracking zones, OBD-II devices and vehicle profiles, driving school membership.

Nothing is kept after deletion, except in encrypted backups, which are replaced within 30 days, and in our hosting provider's server logs, which expire within a few days.
