Getting started
1. Install the app
Download DriveXA from Google Play and open the app.
2. Choose your user state
DriveXA works in three main states: anonymized mode, logged-in mode, and premium mode. Each mode changes what is stored, what can be reviewed later, and which premium features are available.
Anonymized users can still score trips locally, while logged-in users keep a richer history and premium users unlock the OBD-II and premium analysis flow.
3. Sign in or start anonymously
- Use guest mode to test the app quickly.
- Sign in with your email or Google account to keep trip history.
- Upgrade to premium to unlock the Pro and OBD-II experience.
4. Start a trip
Tap Start trip when you are ready to record the journey. After the drive ends, review the score, incidents, and trip details.
5. Understand your score
DriveXA scores the trip based on:
- regularity of the speed profile
- smoothness of acceleration and braking
- turning comfort and trajectory stability
- anticipation and safer driving decisions
6. Review your habits
Review your past trips to compare performance, identify patterns, and improve specific driving habits over time.
